Jamar Kenta Fullwood, Jr., 19, of Woodbridge, and a pair of 16-year-old boys  stole a Kia Sportage from which they fired shots at a teen walking along Powder Horn Terrace in Woodbridge the evening of Feb. 8, Prince William County police said.

When authorities arrived, they found multiple casings from a rifle and handgun inside and around the vehicle. Multiple callers reported hearing gunshots and a vehicle driving erratically in the area.

Video surveillance captured the Kia driving recklessly along Old Kings Road, before crashing into a parked car.

Three homes along Old Post Terrace were struck by gunfire in connection to the incident, however, no injuries were reported in the homes, police said.

Additional witnesses reported seeing five individuals flee the vehicle after the crash. The area was secured as multiple K-9 officers and a Fairfax County police helicopter searched for the suspects involved in the incident.

An officer on perimeter saw three suspects get into a ride sharing vehicle, which was immediately stopped, and occupants detained.

The individual that the suspects were firing at, and the two other individuals initially seen fleeing the suspect vehicle, were not found.

Two of the occupants, one of which was a juvenile, were found in possession of a concealed long gun and handgun. A third juvenile occupant was unarmed.

The two suspects in the ride-sharing vehicle were later identified as Fullwood and a 16-year-old boy. Charges were later filed against the third, unarmed teen boy.

As of May 25, all three were in police custody. One teen was charged with shooting into an unoccupied dwelling, use of a firearm in commission of a felony, gang participation and more.

The other teen was charged with shooting at an occupied dwelling, and gang participation.

Fullwood was charged with shooting at an occupied dwelling, and gang participation.
